RETURNS
All SALCO products are sold with an unconditional
a 14 day Customer Complete Satisfaction Guarantee.
If, within 14 days of the invoice date, for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with any of our products, contact our customer service department to obtain an RGA
(return goods authorization).
Please mark the Authorization number you are given clearly on the exterior
of the shipping carton and return it to us, freight prepaid.
Please Note!
Returns without an RGA on the shipping label can not be accepted !
 Please be aware that all returns must be undamaged and in their original
packaging and with all enclosures (including manuals). In addition, you will
need to include a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.
 Salco can not accept returns on open packages of staples. Please
note that returns which do not comply with our return policies (damaged individual packaging or missing enclosure) may be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
 Regrettably, Special Orders are not returnable.
